Sattva Aangane Maintenance charges are Rs. 72 per sq. ft. The buyers have to pay the advance maintenance charge of Rs 72 per sq ft for 1 year while taking ownership. After one year of occupancy, the association will decide the monthly maintenance fees ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 6 per sq ft.
Maintenance charges are costs that any buyer who wishes to use the common areas, infrastructure, and community amenities must pay regularly. They will be collected from each landowner. At Sattva Aangane, the maintenance fees are kept modest. All property owners share in these costs, which go into effect once they acquire the properties.
