Sattva Aangane offers spacious 2,3, and 4 BHK homes that people may choose to rent once the project is ready for occupancy. Sattva Aangane is a newly launched premium residential project located at Budigere Cross, East Bangalore. Developed by Sattva Group, this project offers modern high-rise apartments with luxury amenities and 600 large apartments and great amenities that make it a comfortable and convenient place to live.
It covers 10 acres of land, offering 600 luxurious apartments. The project was launched in 2025, and the possession date was not clearly disclosed yet, but is expected in December 2028.
It is important to note that Sattva Aangane Apartments will only be available for rent after the completion of the project, which is from 2029 onwards. The rent will depend on the size, unit type, and the number of car parking spaces. The maintenance charge will be separate. A specified amount will be charged to the tenant to maintain the community. Sattva Aangane Rent starts at Rs. 30K onwards for a 2 BHK flat and goes up to Rs. 1 Lakh for a 4 BHK flat. These are expected rents at possession based on unit size, tower, floor and furnishing, with 3 BHK homes likely to fall in the mid-band of about ₹45K–₹55K per month. The rent of the units is expected to rise after the possession of the units begins. The venture is located in Budigere Cross, East Bangalore, where the average rent of a 2 BHK starts at Rs. 30 to 35 K onwards.
